Returns Eligibility

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
All items purchased on sale are considered Final Sale and are only eligible for return in the case of noticeable product defects.
How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

A fixed return shipping fee of $5 will be applied per return.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items unless the item was damaged or a shipping error occurred.

The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments once the return has been dispatched.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the $5 return shipping fee.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Store Credit Option (With Bonus)

Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund.

Store credit will include a $10 bonus added to the returned item’s value.

Usable on any future purchase
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit (with the $10 bonus) or a refund (minus the return fee) will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly

Approved cases will receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
