Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

 


Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

 


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

All items purchased on sale are considered Final Sale and are only eligible for return in the case of noticeable product defects.

 


How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at Howdy@manana.co

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days

 


Return Shipping

  • A fixed return shipping fee of $5 will be applied per return.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanged items unless the item was damaged or a shipping error occurred.

  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments once the return has been dispatched.

 


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the $5 return shipping fee.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 


Store Credit Option (With Bonus)

  • Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund.

  • Store credit will include a $10 bonus added to the returned item’s value.

  • Store credit is:

    • Issued faster than refunds

    • Non-expiring

    • Usable on any future purchase

 


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style:

  • Please contact us to confirm availability.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit (with the $10 bonus) or a refund (minus the return fee) will be issued.

 


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly

  • Approved cases will receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
